If you drive through to get your order they usually pull it right out of the oven. On August 2nd 2022 I ordered dinner about 7:00 p.m.. I understood is going to take him a while to get to me and it's probably a staffing issue. They pulled it out according to their app of the oven at around 9:15 and by the time it was delivered it was 45 minutes later. I don't want to report it on the national site but I am going to call this morning and say something to them directly. I'm going to request a replacement and credit. It cost me over $30 for two pasta dinners and a salad by the time I had a small tip and delivery charges and boxing charges and whatever else they add on. It was the 5.99 and 6.99 deals. My math it just didn't add up to over $30 but I guess that's the price you pay for convenience.
