I have been here a couple of times in the past, but this time I decided to write an over all review. I JUST GRADUATED TODAY AND WANTED TO TAKE MYSELF OUT FOR A CELEBRATION! SERVICE: 2.5/5 The female waitress ALWAYS does an amazing job. She’s very friendly and always has a smile on her face. There is also another gentleman waiter that always comes to the table with a huge smile on his face. With that being said, I think there is one waiter that is lacking both customer service skills and a smile. I always feel uncared for as a customer when I am sat in his section. Sadly, this time around I was. He never said hi or introduced himself. He just walked to the side of the table and stared at me until I gave him my order. Tried asking him to fix my order and he just walked away. The bus boy does a better job. This server didn’t say more than three words to me this time around. FOOD: 3.5/5 Inconsistency with the chips. Sometimes they are raw. I normally order a fajita (which they do a great job at) but this time I got the steak quesadilla with added chorizo. I have been waiting for 27 minutes andI have not seen the server since. At the 32 minute mark they arrive with my food. They ended up forgetting my mushrooms inside. Rice and cheese sauce was room temp at best. Steak and chorizo were very flavorful and cooked nicely. Guacamole tasted fresh~~~pico does not. Over all it’s got areas that defiantly need improvement BUT it ALL depends who your waiter is.

It's an OK place, not a 5 star restaurant. Wait staff was pleasant but since I was not bilingual, we had a bit of a communication gap. Food was prepared well and served hot.

First of all chalupas are curves not flat like a tostada. 2nd of all the food is super bland and had no flavor. 3rd if I want lemon in my ice tea don't bring me limes. This was not a case of lost in translation it was a poor experience.

Fabulous experience tonight after a long Doctor's appointment. Our meal was piping hot and came before we could finish our chips. The Salsa was better than their 3rd location in Phillips and I drained the bowl on my tacos. …
