I moved to Hartford in October of 2021. I have lived at the property for ~12 months and I have nothing but good things to say: (1) The staff - amazing people. The front desk staff is awesome and they all have unique personalities. I love my daily interactions with them. The maintenance crew is also great; they work fast and help with any issue you may have. (2) Leasing office - they try their best to work with you and are always attentive to your situation. They want you to have a great experience while living at H21. (3) Location - Hartford is on the rise. You are literally located in the center of it all. The food spots are great and there are always activities happening in the area.

I highly recommend living at Harford 21! I lived there for 3 years and had an excellent experience. Everyone who works there from building management to concierge to maintenance is attentive, kind, and very understanding. They make living there really feel like home and go above and beyond to answer emails/phone calls promptly and work with you to make your living experience as comfortable as possible. The attached covered parking garage is also extremely convenient (no need to shovel snow or worry about getting rained on!), packages are kept in a separate locked room, the gym had everything I needed, and the building is very pet friendly. The concierge staff is truly outstanding and always available to help out. Thank you for a great living experience!

I love living back in H21. It's my 2nd leasing here within 10 years and I couldn't be more happier with choosing H21. The convenience, security, and customer service management from the staff isn't available elsewhere. It's comforting knowing that my tedious issues get addressed and communicated with me at all times. In recent years Hartford has had some new apt. buildings with several amenities but none that compare to the comfortable living that Hartford 21 provides. Keep up the good work. You've made my temporary space feel like home.
