I’ve stayed here multiple times, and each time was a pleasure. I’ve shown up late without a reservation; I’ve booked in advance; I’ve set up camp for two days; I’ve slept in my truck. This place everything I need, and nothing I don’t. I love it.

I’ve stayed at Red River Gorge Campground twice. In March 2021 and July 2022. The family that owns the campground is incredibly nice. Even over the holiday weekend (4th of July), it wasn’t too busy. You can still have space between you and your neighbors. Cell reception is very spotty, so just plan ahead of time for that.

A very nice and private campground with large campsites right on the river. They also have port-o-let’s and fishing lakes which are a nice addition. The owners are extremely nice and helpful, and even personally took us down to show us our campsite. We would definitely stay here again.

Brought our 22' RV on Labor day weekend. Staff was the friendliest people I've ever met. They personally made sure we got a great spot for our camper. Quaint and quiet area off the beaten path but easy enough to get to and get a full size camper set up. Sits right on the Red river banks and also has 2 good ponds for fishing. Reasonable pricing and good ole fashioned hospitality!!
Was wondering if could camp with my Dodge Van with bed in it. From Michigan. Just 1 person who would love 2 see your area in fall colors. Thanks.

Absolutely, the campsights here areally very spacious and can accommodate most any type of camping, have a safe trip and enjoy your stay here in the Gorge it's especially beautiful this time of year
