Promised a dumpster June 7, confirmed several times that would be the date and had other dumpster removed according to that promised delivery date. It’s now 8/9 and the latest postponement gave me 2 separate dates of 8/12 and 9/9. I’ve been in communication with them and understand there’s a shortage, but I should have been told 6/7 was a TENTATIVE date. I would have kept a back up plan.

Came all winter to empty my dumpster then in April when it snowed 1 inch, Says it can’t come because of weather. Then charge me for service that they did not complete. If they had good customer service they would come back the next day and empty the dumpster if they couldn’t do it the day before. This has happened multiple times. Not worth the price they charge. When I called customer to try and get it straightened out I was given 3 different excuses by 3 different representatives so I canceled my service.
