This company is straight trash! Down to the Worker/customer rep Roselyn, Mina or Nina whatever her name is, even Ira the manager is trash. The only reason we used this company is because unfortunately my mother’s property mgmt uses them and they have a contract. That’s the only reason this trash company is in business is because they probably have tons of contracts with property management offices that utilize their trash refurbished appliances. Tenants have no say! The attitude is insane! The scheduling is insane. It’s mind boggling how they are still open. One day they have our order in the system the next they don’t. Their response is call your property mgmt there is nothing in our system. If you have a choice do not use this company!!!

WARNING: The absolute worst service! Their products are all ROACH-INFESTED!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ONLINE/ AT BBB/ YELP!!! My sister has videos and photos of the refrigerator that they delivered to her. This company appears to pick up trash on the side of the road and refurbish it for sale. This company merits a news segment for the damage that they are doing to people's homes. We are reporting them to the news outlets. She will be purchasing her own new fridge and deducting the amount form her rent! Plus billing the landlord for the cost of extermination to her entire home!

They delivered a roach infested refurbished refrigerator. When I complained they try to say the fridge was working fine so they would not replace. My landlord had to contact them in order for them to approve replacement and they try to charge him a replacement fee, which he fought. We scheduled a day for the replacement delivery and when they called to make sure I was home they realize the replacement was not on the truck after i informedthem I would be inspecting it at arrival. Can't believe Companies like this stay in business. I don't know how to insert pics but they are disgusting. I sprayed it multiple times and the roaches keep coming. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

I had a pretty decent experience with them. There was a mistake with the size of the fridge but they fixed it next day. Only thing that irked me a little is the customer service on the phone, but if you like to email, thats the ideal way to communicate with this company. The movers were really nice as well
