What a bad service, I went for the first time to have my car serviced, they told me to leave it and we'll call when it's ready, they call me after three hours to go claim the car because it was ready and when I arrived and They are going to deliver it to me I see that they scratched my car on one side, the worst thing is that they were going to deliver it to me like this, if I check it before I take it and Toyota does not respond, I do not recommend this Toyota dealer, lousy service.

Wear your mask and social distance. If you are dropping your vehicle off for work to be done not sure about now but you do car off meet an associate get paperwork and they will call you when they are done so you can pick it up. Not sure if they reopened the waiting area.
You can walk in to the dealership if you are looking to purchase; However, you have to call and make and make an appointment for maintenence on your vehicle which will be seen faster then not having an appointment.
