Very clean and bathroom facility and warm showers. Each camping space has a fire ring, picnic table, and cemented parking area. The lawn is extremely well maintained. It is right next to river and there is a cute lighthouse and beach not far away. Also a little fishing dock. You can't go wrong with this place. Also, pretty much no mosquitoes here which was awesome.

Well manicured, flat, & quiet park on the river. You can see & hear the trains go by about a block away & there are quite a few gaggles of geese that roam the property.

The campground is nice, most sites have some shade. It is on the river, and sometimes it gets quite windy, so keep that in mind. The highway is also right next to you, so there is that constant noise, but it’s not extremely terrible. It’s conveniently located near a grocery store, laundromat, hardware store, fast food, and more. All within walking distance. Bathrooms and showers were nice and always clean. Campground feels safe and secure, with a security camera at the gate. We stayed for a month, we asked to extend our reservation but they told us no because they “didn’t have room”. But there were plenty of spaces available when we left, and every time we drove by there was plenty of space (I’m originally from the area, and we now live in Menominee, we needed somewhere to stay a bit longer until we finalized on our house). Luckily they had plenty of spaces at a campground outside of town.

Great place, easy in and out. Office staff were very nice. Spots are a little small for a 45 Motorcoach with tow car. Rear tires were in the grass so we could fit our pickup. Spots were level, picnic tables at each spot with fire ring. At night there was very little noise from the roadway.

The campground is really set up for campers/RVs, but I'm sure you could tent camp here. That being said, you're going to be paying camper/RV rates, as all of the sites have water/electric/sewer hook-ups.
Unless the site is an end site near the river, there is virtually no difference between any one of the sites. You might have less traffic if you are in the small loop between the restroom building and the river.
The Deli in Jack's supermarket has fantastic food. The fried chicken and hot pasties can't be beat.
Yes you can
