When they dropped off the dumpster the vehicle that they drove broke through my paved parking lot several times. They did not call to tell me there was an issue just sent me an email saying that my container was delivered. I have tried to call them but keep getting put on hold for long periods of time and have not been able to talk to anyone

Have had waste management for 24 years have never had a problem and are well satisfied with them.

$60 minimum charge no matter how light your load is. Paid $80 to empty a 7x12 box trailer with maybe 1000 lbs of household garbage in it into a dumpster, insane. Go to crivitz landfill, I had a 7x14 dump trailer with high sides filled to the top over 3,000 lbs.....paid $84.

This place is a joke, they have a minimum charge of $60 and you are not allowed to go to the landfill without a dump trailer so was told I have to unload everything by hand into a dumpster???? So basically they are saying they dont want …
