I went to go pickup a prescription for a family member. 3 days prior we were told it’s ready, and I go and it’s still on hold. My family member calls an hour later that same day and is told that its been ready all day. The same lady Interacted with both of us, and when we voiced our concerns she did not say a word. Incompetence.

My family have been with this pharmacy 2 yrs and at the beginning everything was fine even the delivery of our medications. After like 8 months of being with them all hinge started going wrong, I filled out a form to be set up for automatic refills and pre package medications and never happened also I have to call every time to check up on my refills because they will not notify that we’re out of refills on time and I’m supposed to be on delivery for my medications and it never happens I have to call my very time to see if they’re going to be delivered I regret trusting Juan and Venu the owner after I had transfer all my medications to another pharmacy Venu called and gave me his word that he will make sure things go better, well yesterday I spoke to owner Venu directly gave me his word again I would receive medications first thing in the morning and is 1 pm and still have not receive the medications and he said that they were running behind I would of picked them up early because is been 2 days waiting on them to deliver the medications and now he says if I want he can call the driver to bring them back to the pharmacy and I can pick them up PLEASE JUST BRING MY MEDICATIONS AND STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLES HEALTH IS SO SAD, YOU DONT REALIZE YOU’RE HURTING PEOPLES HEALTH BY LYING!!!! AND DELAYING MEDICATIONS

This local gem has done some changing in a few years and they are doing well with the process. We have used and trusted them for over 17 years.
