If I could give 0 stars I would. I never leave reviews so take this one into consideration. PLEASE save your time and go to another location. This location is horrible due to the unorganised and unprofessional rude staff, they’re unable to communicate properly, literally disrespectful and GHETTO. I waited one hour for a simple school drug test; while I’m on my work break from the hospital since they close at three and no one cared to help or accommodate. I sat there and waited for everyone to go in front of me. Things happen, people aren’t always able to schedule appointments, you should be able to help a fellow student out especially when it’s just a urine test. They literally only cater to their own Hispanic people if not they won’t even look at you and these type of people should not be in the medical field.

First of all that those people if you can call them people don’t care about my review but I still wanna write my personal experience with this absolutely unprofessional! Uneducated and naughty personal! So I had appointment 3 times to pass my annual TLC driving license test and always when I was there by my time those personal was saying that I am not on the list, plus we’re talking very aggressively! The worst place where I ever been to pass any kind of medical exams! They don’t know what they are doing at all ! No any suggestions! Only Complain - You are not in the list! Unbelievable! But it’s fact! Not suggesting this place at all! This place deserves ZERO stars!

I came here and you would expect people to be here. That’s fine. I did not have a mask and when asked about it I said could I please have one that I do not have any. The gentlemen tells me well we don’t have any, for me to go to the store next door and purchase some. Thankfully I had one in my car. Now back inside… all the people who registered after me are going inside. I ask why and they tell me I’m next. Absolutely terrible service. The people were not nice at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Exellent ! Amazing and polite staff. I made my appointment for my 1 year old to have her blood drawn online and was very easy.The flebotombists were professional and fast. Everyone was kind ,honest and respectful. Perfect in every way . Thank you!
