It seems the quality at this McDonald's keeps going down. My last drive through visit took 20 minutes for four sandwiches, which were already cold and the tea was watered down. The employees were still very friendly, but friendly service does not make up for slow service and or poor quality food.

I am guessing this location does not have enough employees to work. Came here last night before closing and the drive-thru was blocked off. I was here a few weeks ago and I recalling hearing the shift manager thanking the employee for coming in and giving her a free iced coffee as a thank you. Anyway, if you have been to this location before they never get the orders correct and leave off the sauces or ketchup on your orders. I understand that they get paid such low wages but no one forced you to work here. If you can't pay attention to put in the correct items maybe this is not the place you should be working. Either that or get you heads out of the sky. Update: 2/11/2022 It seems they have hired a new crew of mid managers, either through attrition or just new employees, because them seem to be better at the orders now. I don't see the long wait times or customers going back in to correct their orders. I would say they have become very efficient at what they do, maybe because of the new California minimum wages or just these current workers care about what they do. I am really impressed about the turnaround here at this location so I have changed my rating to 5 🌟 stars. Update: 4/2022 This location continues to be spot on concerning their service. It seems since an entirely (maybe?) new crew has started working there it has been running smoothly. Well, at least to me I have not run into any problems that I have in the past, as in wrong and/or missing items, the current group of associates have been great and friendly, too. I don't know maybe the incentive of the minimum wage going to $15/hr. does not hurt moral either. Anyway, I do wish this location continues with the excellent service. Update: September 17, 2022 Well, Google keeps asking me to update so here goes. Have not been in a while since I have been cooking more at home. When I came today it was during breakfast and there was already a line when I got there. Though it was busy the line moved very quickly and I received my order in a timely matter. They have remodeled this location to make the dining room larger while slightly reducing the order counter space. They also have a self servpqice kiosk installed. I think all these options for ordering food are great for the consumer. From food delivery, online ordering and kiosks it just offer more convinces for their customers.

The bathrooms were out of order. Really needed to use them. Ordered food and has to go to another business and use theirs. There was no one in line to order and no one at the counter. Had to wait.

They require masks, and have a line set up with cones spaced 6ft apart
Very nice patio section. As well as an order online and pick up outside option.
