I am extremely saddened and upset to write this review. My wife and I hired Father and Son to move furniture from one families location to another. Once the movers reached the second location they damaged my fathers garage. Father and Son said that they would send someone out to look at the damage to have it repaired right away. That did not happen. My wife continue to call them and she was either ignored, given empty promises, or spoken to in a rudely manner. She did all the right things by taking photos of the damages and filling out a claim. It has been now almost 3 months and “The owner” has a yet to call us back and fix the situation. This moving company is extremely unprofessional and shady in multiple ways. We are now going through a lawsuit to have the garage fixed. Spare yourself the anxiety and your hard earned money. Do not use their service!

We had a two stop move that they (Dale, Mike and Lester) handled with utmost professionalism and top quality. Can’t say enough great things about them. Also, the estimate(Craig) and deploy process (Bob) were easy and well done. We also received a call during the day to check on how it was going. I would highly recommended this company!

It's unfortunate that this company believes a customers time is not valuable. Father & Son reschedule on me, 20 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive, for the following day. No one with authority was around on the weekend to discuss a fair remedy for being rescheduled. The moving service was completed the following day, and I have no complaints about the service itself. After 4 phone calls and promises to call back, I was finally able to get someone to ask management/owner about fair compensation for being rescheduled. Father & Son felt it was not necessary to "compensate" me for the inconvenience of being rescheduled on. I was charged the minimum rate of 3 hours and was asking for what I thought was fair compensation of only paying for the 2 hours that was actually used. Be careful about their reliability and do not expect good/any customer service after the service is complete.
