Wonderful place. It has activities like kite flying and band concerts. Also the home of the August fireworks.

Not at the beach but there are bathrooms by the long bridge next to where the boats dock..

When you have a celebration at the park, what all is allowed? Are there grills to use to cook food. Do I have to provide tents, chairs, etc. What do I need to do to secure using the park?

Whenever I have attended a concert at the park I brought chairs a little table, a cooler, and my own beverages. I have never seen anyone there with a Grill during a concert.
