‘Myron’ - the new manager, has left due to corporate mishandling. Contractors hired to resolve electrical issues have not been paid for 6 months for work performed at their request. Do not live here - they are dishonest.

If you're a good, honest person, that doesn't cause any problems, then you do NOT want to live here. Find somewhere else. This is NOT a good or safe place to live. And Management will not do anything to help with issues, even after 6+ months of the same major problems almost nightly. UPDATE: The issues never got resolved, even with the "new management", so I ended up leaving. Then, a month after leaving they sent me another a surprise bill for $200 as cleaning expenses (which is the minimum even if your apartment is perfect). Though I deep cleaned everything myself upon leaving and the manager said it was the best apartment he's ever seen. There was no damage and everything had been painted during renovations less than a year ago. So, it seems they just wanted to charge me because I keep leaving honest reviews about the terrible management company, Hyder Property Management.
