The cashier was nice enough. I didn't get my dipping sauces for my chicken tenders. The wings were baby chicken wings. (See picture) There was a biscuit that was larger than the wings! Not worth the over $7 price not including drink! It was delicious 😋 though! 😂

Placed order we were asked to pull up we did so in a parking space along with 3 others. Waited 20 minutes food was good but not hot really need help there . Corporate could come and help them but they wouldn't have a clue as how to do a "WORKING" job . Not just here all food places. Good luck!

The mashed potatoes weren't fully done (powder), they were out of several menu items and tried to short me on a drink with my meal. Very lazy staff and poor service. I don't recommend going to this restaurant when you can go a few miles down the road to Collinsville and get excellent service and food.

Usually enjoy the food, but today things didn't go well. Ordered a 16 piece family meal with 3 large sides and we ended up with 2 sides and the fries were as cold as the coleslaw. The coleslaw tasted like it was made with tartar sauce. We tried to call but they never answered the phone. Maybe they will do better next time, because I really like the food.
