It's great to see more Whataburgers on this side of the Mississippi, but there are a few consistency problems with this and other locations. First, the wait time. Sometimes getting your food will only take a few minutes, other times you'll realize you could have eaten a full meal at a sit-down restaurant waiting for your food, even with a few cars ahead of you. Second, the food quality. Out of the 5 times I've gone, 3 of those times had me wondering if it was cooked properly. Some of the ingredients just tasted odd and not very fresh. Other times it was a solid fast food burger and fries. Aside from those two, the portion sizes are Texas-sized, the milkshakes are delicious, and I'd have Whataburger over McDonald's any day.

The food was excellent as always at Whataburger. The service was just okay; the lady that took our order didn't seem like she was all that interested in being at work and it took a long time to get our food and we didn't order anything special. The main problem though is that the restaurant was full of flies. I mean they were flies on every surface I could see in the dining room which made me almost ask for a refund but I went ahead and ate anyway.

I will start positively by saying the food (once we finally got it) was delicious! The bacon cheese whataburger was very tasty and the fries were fresh and crispy. I wish we had one closer to home! Now, for the down side. When we walked in, the line was to the door. They only had one cashier working the counter and she kept disappearing after every order she would take. A woman I'm assuming was the manager finally came up there to start taking orders more steadily, but no apology for the wait, no friendly hello or anything from her. It took us close to 45 minutes to just get our quick meal to go.

We had an overall great experience. Mrs. Krystal was so nice and made our experience great, super sweet and very helpful. She is definitely one of a kind. She made our night with how she treated us, and she made us laugh a good bit. She helped set this place apart from other fast food chains. The food was delicious and she made sure we were satisfied.
