They are 4th generation butchers. Let that sink in for a second. First visit from out of town. Didn't know what I was in for. One in one out method of business to control the service, like a nightclub! I had called to see if they had Pork Butt/Belly in stock. They did. When I walked in, was greeted quickly by a young lady and asked what I want. Said I needed a minute to take it all in. The older gentleman behind the counter recognized my voice and said "You called about the pork butt and bellys" He immediately brought out what I was looking for. And then sold me a Tri-tip to boot. This place has their meat game locked down cold. Thanks for the exceptional service. Cant wait to go back.

I went in this establishment with an intent on just 1 particular item and bought much more. The young man that assisted was very relaxed, calm and helpful. He presented no attitude and it's sad we even to post that about people. The selections of meats available was great. You have to remember just because it's not in the case, doesn't mean they don't sell it, just ask. Meats we're pretty and fresh in appearance and the shop didn't have a blood smell. It was also very clean. This young man took my purchase to the car for me. They do it for everybody I was told,but, still nice.

I have never known of anyone ordering and paying for on line. I believe they can hold things for you till you get there. This does not entitle you to get in the door any faster. Just go wait your turn and know what you are getting. The do have an online site that lists prices, but no ordering form.
