This hotel was a big surprise. I didn't expect it to be very good but I was highly surprised. The rooms were clean, I love having the full refrigerator, a microwave and a stove. But just know that if your going to cook anything you have to provide the cookware, utensils. Also it doesn't have an elevator. I was very thankful that the desk clerk saw that we were older and gave us a room on the second floor so we only had one flight of steps to go up. Also they do have a grab and go breakfast including Coffee 🙂. Love the area it's was quite and close to shopping and restaurants. So this is a very good place to stay if your looking for something close to being at home with the fridge, stove and microwave.

Negative: Rooms outdated even though showed pictures of updated rooms. Shower water pressure minimal. Phone didn¿t work. When site doesn¿t meet what is shown in photos, shouldn¿t a refund be offered? The room was not cheap since it was spring break?

Got there early. We were told check in is at 3. Got back @2. Nobody was at the front desk until @3. Then they told us it will be another 15 minutes. But they found us a room quickly. The next day I went to ask for fresh towels. Was told I need to bring the dirty towels back before getting fresh one. WHAT? When I we t back to the room the front desk called and said someone will bring fresh towel in 15 minutes. Just leave the dirty ones in a bag by the door. There was a letter on the desk stating this is there policy. I guess I should have read it first. Room was clean. Nice stay.

The bed was small and very uncomfortable. The laundry and vending machine area was closed. Pathetic breakfast choices including very stale muffins. BUT... Some of the nicest and professional staff I've ever dealt with. Price was a little high for the quality.
