Literally the BEST night staff here!!!! I usually don’t even like Applebees, but this restaurant does it right. Their burgers are juicy, their cake is moist, and their staff are so incredibly accommodating and helpful!! We will be dining here again! Last night we made the (wrong) choice to go for a late dinner at 8pm. It was already a little past my toddlers bed time but he normally is completely chill when we go out so we thought “let’s just get some food and then we’ll let him sleep in in the morning to make up for it”. He did great until the very end and right as I asked for the check he LOST IT. He’s never ever screamed in a restaurant before, even when we go late so I didn’t know what to do. My husband ended up having to carry him out to the car while I paid and I was just MORTIFIED. I actually started crying after they left while I was waiting for my card back and literally three different employees told me that it was okay and that it happens all the time and not to be embarrassed like they were literally so sweet and so kind!! Lesson learned. Don’t go out after 8, and this store has the best night shift!!

Made an online curbside pickup. They stated my order was ready. Got there order wasn't ready. Fell asleep before getting my food. The worker was standing outside my car saying ma'ma ma'ma I so sorry we had some graduated that got us behind. I said it's okay until I git home and bit into my burger and it was pink...but I order no pink and it made sick on my stomach biting into see that my burger was pink inside. K had to put the burger in the microwave to cook it more.. if I was so tired from waiting I would have taken it back. Also it time for them to invest in some different type of fries because theirs sucks even when they are hot. Apple Bee's yall owe me for that disappointed meal.

Just a short few hours ago my family & i decided to take a trip and eat out at applebees. Now I'm not one to complain but when i see it, i call it out. This restaurant needs better management or better arrangement with their employees. Luckily we got our food in a timely manner but the waitress didn't retain my order. She came back a few minutes later asking again to make sure she had everything right, then as our order proceeded to our table everything still didn't come out as i ordered it. After getting our food my husband & i never got our utensils to eat with so i had to ask another waitress to bring us the utensils. After our meal, our ticket was brought and the waitress proceeded to tell us that both of their managers left and that she was in charge "is to why she didn't give her full attention to our service". If you're going to work in food industry make sure your employees and management is secure. Faulty management/staffing can diminish a restaurants reputation in so many ways.

Car side to go.Love the double crunch shrimp. However the last three times I have not gotten cocktail sauce nor slaw. I pay for these items and don’t get them. I call and ask to speak with a manager and hold on for 8 mins. Hang up call back and I’m told that she is busy with a customer. Hello !!! Who am I? I tell the girl on the phone my problem and her reply is well we have a new trainee he’s trying his best. I said three times in a row? She says well I understand ma’am. But I don’t know what you want me to do. I will tell the manager you were missing your items. I ask to get a call back and she says well… she is very busy. I can’t promise tonight. Really? Very poor customer service. I will take my business elsewhere!!
