I was having such a bad day and top of it I lost my keys in a public setting. I called on-site locksmith for the very first time and they were so sweet on the phone. And when the locksmith arrived I had gotten a call that my keys where found…so On-site locksmith didn’t get upset they waived my fee and told me it’s ok. I just want to thank you for the great / fast customer service I received it means more than anything s🥹♥️

My daughter locked her keys in her car while at work tonight. I called and spoke with Tanner. He was helping someone else out and said it would be about an hour. He called me when he was on his way to her. He was very polite and helpful. I asked him to call me when he got to were she was so she would not be worried. He did and was very nice and got her car unlocked in no time. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
