Hadn't been to this location in over 2 years due to a horrible experience. Was very glad I decided to try again! Restaurant was clean and looked nice. Staff was pleasant and friendly! Food was hot, tasted good and cooked well!

I ordered a 16 pc dinner with sides and biscuits. What I got was 15 pics of TINY chicken(?), that was about the size of a pigeon. The 4 standard pieces weighed in total 12.9 ounces (individual piece weights are in photos). I called and explained I live about a 10 minute drive away, and asked what could be done to recover my missing chicken. Per one of two managers working that night (12/26/2021) company policy prohibits anything other than replacing the one piece of chicken. This is regardless of the size issues, and the distance for me to return to collect 1 piece of chicken. The managers (1 male, 1 female) were rude and unapologetic and just continued to point out it was a corporate policy that prohibited them doing anything but replacing 1 piece of chicken. Customer service, quality of product, and cleanliness are NOT available at this location. All employees had masks half off while working or talking to me. I have never been treat so disrespectfully at a restaurant ever. The 1 piece of replacement chicken... was a NORMAL sized breast... and for sake of comparison... weighed a full 9.0 ounces by itself. The 4 pieces I have photos of weighed 12.9 ounces. Are you kidding me 1 piece of replacement chicken was 69.7% of the 4 pieces which included another breast. I would not or will ever suggest this restaurant to anyone. Go to Walmart or Lee's Famous recipe if you are hungry for Fried Chicken.
