Lobby closed. ZERO workers available for any service in the drive through!!! Nobody home!!! What in the world is going on in this Wendy’s? HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT EAT HERE. Let the restaurant go broke.

Foods good and always hot, service is a little slow at times though or I'd give 5 stars Edit: from 4 to 1 star. The service gets worse every time I go back. I don't place mobile orders anymore, after the 2nd time I had to go inside to ask if they got the order and find that no one was monitoring those. I especially stopped doing that when they closed their lobby because they can't keep enough staff to have both drive thru and lobby. The last time we went, our french fries and chicken nuggets were very stale, the milk I ordered for my toddler was entered as a Coke, and the spicy chicken sandwich only had mayo on one side of the sandwich. If you can't keep the staff required to run a business, offer better compensation or close your doors.

Don't go here if you actually want to order anything. Just left the drive through with several other cars after waiting over 10 minutes for someone to take our order in an empty drive through. Apparently the employees don't want to do any work. They took the order of one car and left the rest of the line sitting for over 10 minutes until everyone gave up and left the drive through.

I’ve been to this Wendy’s drive thru numerous times and every time they tell me either their system is down, or they are having a shift change. Yesterday I go to the drive thru again and they tell me they’ll be ready in 10 minutes. So I pump gas and come back to see cars still being sent away. So I walk inside and I see why this place has gone downhill. Management as well as employees just stand around and do nothing. I about went back there and got the food myself. I know many others have had these issues.
