I have lived in Greensboro most of my life and I am 70 years old. I have been a patient at Guilford Medical Associates for about 15 years. They are one of the best medical practices in Greensboro! Highly regarded. My doctor and the PA always take time to listen to me. I have never felt rushed at all. The front office is professional and polite. I have recommended friends and family to this practice and they love it!

The lack of diversity is a huge concern. But, the most disturbing is the lack of professional standards and accountability for the vile and disturbing behavior of employee, Katie Hyatt. Ms. Hyatt left a voice mail message for me that is so violent, threatening, and deplorable that a warning is issued to anyone interested in listening. Patients of this practice are horrified at her behavior and the fact that faced no consequences for her abusive behavior.

Well, I thought I'd seen everything, but I was cancelled as a patient. I'd already had left but being fired as a patient. Hmmm... didn't know it was a possibility for a civil, rather friendly, paying person. The whole practice just has a bad vibe. The only gem was the nurse who was friendly and competent. I also noticed the lack of diversity. I'm saying this as an old man with European ancestry. Pale as a ski slope. The only good thing I can say is making me aware of my diabetes situation. That is why they got 2 stars. Too many choices in Greensboro to put up with this. Just say no.

I think Guilford Medical is great. My primary Dr is Dr. Holwarda. He has been my doctor now for about 6 years. He is very kind, and he listens to his patients. He is very caring and shows concern. The lab techs are amazing. I have also dealt with Ms. Miller. She has helped me considerably with my diabetic medication and I am doing so much better with my A1C now. She is a great dietitian. I highly recommend this practice to anyone. 👍👍
