Wasn't the best trip I had this time. Left my wheel lock lug on the driver seat for the services they'd need it for. Told me they couldn't do the work cause they couldn't find it... Having a hard time figuring this one out. Says to me you didn't see it didn't feel it and didn't care to call and ask.
