I went in knowing what product I wanted, and the sales associate wouldn't let me speak and just insisted I couldn't get it because it was wrong for me. Kept telling me to "do my research," assuming I hadnt, and said to just come back another time, not letting me purchase any products. Incredibly frustrating, not willing to let me speak, give me another product suggestion or help me look for a better fit.
