This place is the absolute worst. No set dr you see a nurse practitioner. Our first visit with our 5 day old we sat in the room for over an hour waiting for the dr. Then anouther hour for them to check him. Then another hour to figure out the billing. All while my husband sat in the car with our 2yr old. Very unacceptabke. No one here no’s what their doing. I watched people walk in after us and leave before us. The staff is rude and treat you disrespectfully. Since dr kao left this place has turned out to be the worst place to get any type of care for anyone in ur family. Do not go here. I repeat do not go here, do not bring your child here.

This place is awful, we have scheduled appointments on two different occasions only for them to cancel it with no warning or reason. Their customer service is disgusting and I implore everyone to go to a different medical center. Any place is better than this garbage. All they do is waste your time.

Hello Anita, It generally takes between 3-4 business days to get results, but it depends on how backed up the lab is due to the overwhelming amount of COVID-19 testing currently being done nationwide. It can sometimes be as long as 7-10 business days. Recently, 3-4 days seems to be more typical though.
At Zufall we do not treat ears, nose and throat. Depending on your insurance situation, a Zufall physician can refer you to an ear, nose, and throat physician or help you find one.

It's not called that anymore. It is now Zufall Health Center, formerly Women's Health Center. Now they also serve men. The place is new and modern. The service much better and faster than years ago.
I think all hours welcome walk-ins. But if you dont want to wait for those with appointments, then I recommend going in first thing in the morning!
