The experience started with the staff. They were extremely rude and using profanity. The person that cashed me out was sitting down behind the register in a bonnet and a T-shirt. No uniform in sight. I’m not sure if she was an employee or not but she saw my personal information. Neither girl bothered to show me my food. When I got home I discovered that the pizza was wrong but it was almost 11 and my daughter was in bed. Worst Pizza Hut experience to date.

I’ve gotten pizza from this place a few times over the last 5 years, tonight was the last time. Stale, like free pizza on a Wednesday night Bible study thats actually left out leftovers from the previous Sunday. The box it came in was easier to chew through.

Went in to place an order. 1 hour wait , unacceptable. Nothing coming out of the ovens. 3 employees. Maybe beyond their control. Lady that waited on me was very nice. I went to Kroger and got a pizza to cook at home
