The entire staff is so caring, thorough, and patient. I've been going to this practice for over 25 years, and have always felt like my pets are treated with the utmost care and concern. Dr Bailey has been my primary vet for the last several years, and he is absolutely the best! He takes the time to explain everything in easy to understand terms, is honest, compassionate, patient, and so invested in my pets, and me as their owner. Eleni Krakowski is always so kind and friendly, checking on my cats when I come. Unfortunately we are currently temporarily closed as a result of a potential COVID exposure but it sounds like you really need a trainer to observe the situation in your home and try to help sort it out. There are many good trainers in the area. Quite a few of our owners have recommended a few to us after they helped them with various issues. We hope to be back up an running Thursday, please give us a call and we can share some of them with you. Of course, we would love to see your pets as patients but an in home visit by a trainer may be of more help if there are no medical issues suspected.
We strive to remain reasonable. The entire team works hard on maintaining the balance of economy and quality. I regularly audit our pricing verses our expenses to maintain the lowest cost for the best service and products. I would encourage you to come in and check us out any time you wish! - Christopher
