Positive: It was close to everything and even the event I was going to was only 15 minutes away. Negative: I reserved a handicap accessible room because I have problems walking. I was really surprised to get a second floor room at the opposite end of the hall from the elevator. Next time, I'm calling to make the reservation instead of online.

Rooms were great and the spa, pool, and sauna all worked well. All inside as well so you won't have to worry about getting sun burnt. They also offer adult time from 10pm to midnight, it all closes at midnight and the breakfast is from 6am till 10am. Mainly eggs, sausage links, make your own waffles, and other breakfast items.

I went with friends to this hotel for a birthday party, I’d love to say I had an amazing time but that would be a lie. My friend went to take a shower, when she got out she seen a bug crawling under the door, it was a bed bug. After complaining they claim they spray for bed bugs every month and only gave my friend a $25 credit for 2 $150 rooms

Hot tub is down a lot. The new rule is children under 13 can’t go in hot tub. I think that’s ridiculous. My daughter loves hot tubs. Dog fee is $45. Most expensive I’ve seen anywhere else. Pool is nice. Free hot breakfast. Rooms updated.

Michigan has a law where if you have papers they can NOT deny you staying there. Your person has to be blind; deaf: or physically handicapped. Per the law however. Hope this helps
March 2018 they did but I was told recently they no longer do. I'd call to conferm.
I think they do, they take most credit cards and rewards, I have had family stay there it is a really nice place
You can use the pool if you are with family or friends who have rented a room, otherwise yes you have to rent a room
