If the garbage cans are put out to the curb in a neat fashion right next to the parking area for our condo what makes these garbage jackholes think the cans get put back anywhere else once emptied? I would think you’d put it back where you found it since that’s one of humanity’s guiding principles. What I wouldn’t think to do is to PUT ALL THE CANS BACK DIRECTLY BEHIND MY CAR!!!! NO STARS!!!! Well one star cause 0 isn’t an option.
