very rude people! the cashier asked if i had a membership card i said yes so she asked for my number - my number did not show up in the system-so i asked if she could look it up by my name she said no! i research if Goodwill could look up my name as well and they can look people up by their name! they was insisting people wear mask and be 6 feet apart but yet 2 workers are not wearing mask and was huddled together in a corner being rude and making comments about customers! I was trying to make nice conversation to get the cashier in a better mood and she basically was not going to have that! A lady walked into the store to inquire about a return and she was not wearing a mask and the cashier told her in a very unprofessional rude way she had to have a mask on or she was not allowed in the store - the lady said she's returning an item and just dropped in a basket and left because she wasn't treated with respect...i get this is an epidemic but your employees need to be retrained on respect to customers, and abide by their own rules by having a 6 feet distance from one another and wear their masks and not belittle customers because they are not to their standards of quality.
