Felt this location was understaffed. After being seated we sat for over 30 minutes. No one took our order or even got a drink of any kind for us. So we left and went to another location to eat.

The Monicals in Charleston is nice, but very dark inside, and the pizza was not the same as at other Monicals we have been to. It looked and tasted like it had cheddar cheese on it instead if just the white cheese we are used to. The cheddar really overpowers the ingredients, and so we were barely able to taste the bacon. Otherwise, the place is good, but I doubt we will return.

The delivery is very good here. The manager Nick is very professional and polite. He goes out of his way to make the customer happy. Being a lifetime Monicals addict from Several towns. The only thing I think they can do to improve the pizza here is add more oregano, more cheese and cook longer. 🤣 I’d like to bring the quality of the pizza from Gibson City here. The customer service here, professionalism of the employees and spirit at this Monicals is hands down the best I’ve seen. 👍

Very good vegetarian pizza. Another favorite is their Italian roast beef sandwich. An extra is whole peperoncini which compliments this sandwich. Give it a try l believe you will agree.
