Beware of Ford and Morris Ford. My Lincoln Hybrid has an error code for the power steering pop up and the car is virtually impossible to steer. The first time, when the car was 10 years old, it was replaced under a mandatory recall. That repair only lasted 15 months and Ford then charged my $2,000 to replace it again as they said they only do recalls once. It then popped the error code after 9 months and since Ford would have had to fix it under warranty this time, instead they replaced a strut, which they said likely caused the code. That was over $500. That repair only lasted 2 months and this time they said it needed all 4 lower control arms. Although they claim it "needed" it, the car drove fine and passed inspection, plus it took them several days to "find" the problem. They charged $2,000 this time and they told me if the error code presents again, they'll have to do "further diagnosis". In other words, they realize they don't know what they're doing and are preparing me to pay more money to them. It's sad, because I love the car, but I'm starting to shop for a Chevrolet, since Ford doesn't stand behind their customers anymore.

I ordered a 22 raptor in January from Mike D at Terry Morris. The ordering process was quick, no additional add on fees unlike a lot of other dealerships. This is a higher end limited allocation vehicle so I was a bit worried I wouldn't get one, but he assured my 4-6mo it would show up. 5 months in it arrived, went in and did the deal at the agreed upon price in Jan. The truck had 2 price increases since I ordered and they honored the initial price. It was quick, seamless, and they even mounted new wheels for me after a little back and forth. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I had many issues with another Ford dealer east of Fort Ann. They did not follow protocol. I needed another dealer for service and was told that Morris Ford had an excellent reputation. I took a wait and see attitude. Morris Ford has not disappointed. They are truthful, honest and are very good at listening to the customers issue with the vehicle. They ask questions that are pertinent. Repairs were done correctly and fairly priced. Morris Ford has my business now for work on my F150.

Took my truck in for engine service and really liked an Explorer Morris Ford had on their lot. Ended up buying it and trading in our small SUV. Both the service and sales sides of the business were excellent to deal with and I would highly recommend. We will definitely be going back for service!
