I really can't fairly review this groomer. I'm sure she's obviously very good because I'm calling mid-July and can't get an appointment until SEPTEMBER. She also mentioned they're also short staffed. So.

They do mats but first show them you dog 🐕..they don't let you go back to the grooming area
