Nice place to live. Nice people, well there one lane thats so rude always yelling at anyone and everyone. Even her husband kids and dogs. She so mean .

The rent just went up around 5 percent. Everyone is different depending on when you came here. I would say around $800. Then there I garbage, electricity and water.

647.00 for space per month No on the flood thing,but when the state of cali is flooding we flood here but its not likely to be a annual thing
