I am amazed at the inability of this dealership to communicate with customers. I have written to service management, dealership management to try to get some answers for additional items to be installed on my vehicle and silence. I had to write to Volvo Cars corporate to get them to make this dealership respond. They were clueless on what can be installed on my vehicle. For a dealership to ignore requests for possible sales, this current team needs to improve on communication skills. Why advertise email addresses for your employees if no one every bothers to respond. The two stars is to show some respect for the work that they do perform which is very good. It's the lack of communications that drags down their ratings. Hopefully, they will read their emails and respond. Better late than never. AN UPDATE 09/27/2022 After receiving the comment to my original review,I forwarded my concerns to A Haddock. Immediately contacted by the dealership and all my questions answered very quickly. Thank you. My review thus updates to **** (4 star) as their service is great and looks like improved communications will make this dealership very good to continue supporting. Great to see concerns addressed immediately and very efficiently.

The service department staff is excellent. They stay in communication, are not condescending towards women (other dealerships/brands are) and helpful regarding the amenities if you have to wait long. I love my Volvo and knowing the servicing is easy just makes me want to stick to the brand.

I love everyone that works here! The experience was easy Holly was wonderful with assisting me. My technician Darnell fixed my problem quickly and was great explaining what was going on with it. I have always worked with Amy the service manager and she is always very understanding, friendly and ready to assist. I will always have my car serviced here!
