The staff was very nice. I ordered 1100 sq ft of laminate February 20 ,it arrived may 5 two weeks later the installer said it would not work even though HD sent a person to take measurements etc. The laminate was picked up and later vinyl was installed very competently except for two small closets because the vinyl ran out. The contractor ordered the additional and a couple weeks later completed the installation. I had a no interest deal for 6 months which started in February even though the job was not completed till July. I returned some material for credit but some was refused because it wasn’t on my order even though an assistant manager stated in person too that clerk that it was ok to credit the vinyl adhesive. I paid $ 5,000 of the $6,000 due on time but they billed me $900 interest even though I had an issue about the returnable, the additional bill for the closets and double billing for the laminate. The staff is nice when you can get them but no one answers the phone some staffers are not trained. How many more times do I have to go to the store for resolution. Their pricing is not better but I thought if an issue came up I’d have recourse. HELP!

Was looking for storm window. No display available. Had similar problems a few year ago for storm door the help was useless. Bathroom Display are the worst quality.

Yes home depot has a great return policy
Customers and staff wear masks. When I was at the register today, the staff was disinfecting all of the registers and the plexiglass dividers. They seem to be keeping up with the cleaning.

I haven't tried it myself, but my understanding is that if it shows unavailable in store and online, then the item is currently unavailable for purchase. This may mean it is temporarily unavailable, or it may be a discontinued product that has not been removed from the website. I have seen this on a few items which I was trying to order, but I was able to find suitable substitutes that were readily available.
Depends on the credit card company if you used credit. Usually 3-5 business days. Call the card issuer and ask. The store itself has no control over that.

I would not go to Home Depot looking for a contractor. The contractor Home Depot arranged to install a standby generator failed to obtain the proper permits, and I had to threaten legal action before Home Depot brought in another contractor to fix the first contractor's botched job and obtain the permits.
