only place that will help out the truck driver when the lobby isnt open but the drive thru is. truck fits just enought to order but have to get out and walk up to the drive thru and they still serve us unlike some other establisments.

All five employees were down one end at the drive-thru while six of us stood at the other end. Not a very good experience. If they're going to do just drive through they should close the rest of the store or manage their people better

A typical Rochester Dunkin. Overworked underpaid under appreciated staff. Some still try their best to give 100% some couldnt care less. Regardless we all need to treat them with respect because, the fact they are understaffed isnt their fault.

My husband and his coworker go most mornings before work. The man working the drive thru is EXTREMELY rude. Has tossed their coffees into the car, bitched at them when the coffee was made wrong and on this fine cold morning, their coffees were dropped into his lap while being told “have a great day faggots”. When my husband went inside to confront the man, the manager said they’d deal with it and that my husband was being threatening. Clearly they are not “dealing with it” since this is not the first time it has happened, and is escalating. Absolutely disgusting behavior from someone in a work environment.
