Although the park is very well maintained and up-to-date they take care of the trash That keeps the common areas very clean and tidy

YES, I FELL ASLEEP ON THE GPMETRO BUS ATTACHED TO ROUTE 4 AND THEY PUT ME OFF AT HAMLET A TRAILER PARK OUTSIDE WESTBROOK CARE OF JANET MILLS. THE DRIVER WOKE ME UP AND SHE INFORMED ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AGAIN JUST YO GET BACK TO WESTBROOK HUB, WESTBROOK. I TOLD HER NO, "I'LL WALK OUT OF HAMLET"

It is a clean, friendly community. There's very nice homes here, including the home we bought in here!!! There's also an office here if anyone has any questions, also home realtor is @ the office for inquiring about purchasing homes in here!! I love it here 100%!!! 🏠🇺🇸🌺

Small lots...crazy lot fees and mobile homes too close together. They also charge seperately for water.

No rentals...lot rent runs about $350 and includes water, sewer. They do not allow sub-renting of mobile homes.
