Always someone on hand to help you out and bring your large purchases out to your vehicle. The staff and manager are friendly and the store offers a veterans discount. We were in the other day and were struggling because we could not find the exact battery numbers/letters we were looking for. Ann, the manager, noticed our quandary and came over and offered to help. She looked it up on the WEB and matched us with the battery we needed. The folks that work there seem like they are genuinely trying to help you find what you need for your project or task at hand and offer alternatives if they do not have exactly what you were looking for.
