Great venue in property. The reception cocktail barn in main Barn is really nice. One of the best venues around and the staff is extremely nice and helpful

I can't recommend Flanagan Farm and working with Mike and Essie enough! We chose this venue during COVID sight unseen and it was better than we could have expected. The barn and outdoor space were beautiful and perfect for guests to have space to walk around, play lawn games, etc. The guest house and couples cottage were also stunning and we were so happy to have that space for the entire weekend. Mike and Essie were also so communicative and easy to work with. All around it was a perfect experience!

We absolutely cherished our time at Flanagan Farm!! We hosted our wedding at the Farm, and one of the most special parts was our families being able to stay in the farmhouse from Wednesday through Sunday of wedding weekend. Everything was perfect, well maintained, and wonderful. The property manager Jean was truly phenomenal, and the owners Mike and Essie are so accommodating, friendly, thoughtful, and kind. It was the icing on the cake of a perfect week + weekend! We can’t recommend the Barn at Flanagan Farm enough. The property is so lovely, the sanctuary is the perfect spot for your ceremony, and the barn is beautiful. We can’t wait to go back and celebrate more milestones there in the future!!

We had our wedding here 3.5 years ago and it was magical. The space is beautiful and can truly be transformed in so many different ways into the wedding of your dreams. We wished we could have stayed longer! With the new ownership, we are excited to be able to return to the Farm for other events and reasons. Can't wait! <3

I have heard that it is in excess of $10,000 for the weekend, but that is only hearsay. There is no way to be sure of the actual costs as that would vary by meal selection, drinks, etc, however, I do know that it is on the higher end. The farmhouse is set up to accommodate the bridal party beforehand while the festivities are conducted on the lawns and in the barn. There is a smaller building in which the groom and his attendants prepare.
We don't have hotels in Buxton, so your best bet is to look in Saco, Maine for accommodations. I believe that the bride and her attendants can stay in the farmhouse.
