Yes they do have scratch and dent service and yes it is discounted, but the sales are great also.

Yes there is a charge for delivery and a charge for hauling away the old unit.
Im not sure about that, i never needed their help that way.
You can return it if unopened with the original receipt amd complete new packaging, but if opened and or used you can't return AC units.
Id call them and ask not sure what rebates you are referring too!!!
