Terrible chicken the biscuits were hard and stale the Cajun rice looks and smells like garbage and they have TERRIBLE service... was there today and the heavy set lady that works the drive thru was very rude and short with me and mentioned they were out of nearly everything I asked for . Probably because she ate it all! And she did not put on gloves when handling the food wit her Big back @$* I strongly recommend you choose a different location. Close this one down Immediately!!!

If I could give this location a zero I would! The spicy chicken look old and was dried out. The mild was dry also the Cole slaw was horrible it taste like a ton of mayo and cabbage with no flavor the mash potatoes had just a touch of gravey. I'm very disappointed just a waste of 25 dollars

Was okay. I never seen 3 employees seem so busy, but nothing getting done. They were nice and friendly. Just the chatter between them was vulgar. And it took 30 minutes to do a pickup from the app which said it was cooked and ready for pickup.

After being inundated with commercials about their shrimp I go and there is no line (should've been my first clue) but one car at the speaker. I waited 5 minutes the car at the speaker pulls up and drives off bypassing the pick up window (should've been my second clue). I wait another 2-3 minutes only to be told there would be at least a 5 to 10 minute wait on any chicken. I said what about shrimp? She said we have no shrimp. I pull off, and headed to another Popeyes. I'll end this review here but there is more and I'll put it in their reviews.
