I am so glad that I found this place. They are a local small business and the owner is on premises. I feel good supporting a local small business vs a faceless corporation. When you can shake hands with the owner and talk to them and see how much they care about what they do, that makes all the difference. No high presseure sales tactics. They are honest, kind, helpful and give you many options for comparison. The prices aren't jacked up. I appreciate this type of honest business. Mary, the business owner is a great person. This was my first trailer with very limited knowledge. She took the time to educate me so that I can make the right choice by myself. I made 2 trips and called / texted several times before picking the trailer and she patiently answered all my questions. I wish there were more business that conducted work like this. After sale support is as good as the pre sale support. I was helped with trailer receiver, safety accessories etc. She took the time to show me all safety precautions and best practices when attaching, disconnecting and towing. The practical knowledge I got from her is priceless. The quality of the trailer is superior than the others I have seen. The floor supports at every 12" and wall studs at every 16 are rare to find. To top it off, excellent quality plywood has been used. If you are in the market for a trailer, this should be your only stop!
