I have to say this is one of the worst Dunkin' donuts around. The customer service is lousy, they all have bad attitudes, and they are extremely slow in preparing orders. And even with the slowness the orders are still never correct. I personally will travel an extra 8 Miles to go to a different Dunkin. when possible

I thought it was nice the girl asked me three times to make sure she got the right order and then she said she was sorry for asking me three times that I said no that's great you'll get my order right hats off to her for trying to do a great job my coffee was perfect thank you greatly appreciated

Just left there a hr ago and were out of everything then the kid rush to get it done baggles were cold and hard as a rock I hope I don't get sick off of it and the cream cheese was very waterery
