I have updated my below review based on management’s response. It sounds like the unfavorable experience we had was not typical of this business, and we will gladly give them another try. Thank you, Autumn, for treating us like valued customers. We played Roulette me out and it was not a favorable experience. Many times when we asked for clues, we got no response. The staff was not very helpful either. Seemed like they were too busy or possibly overwhelmed with other guests. Aside from that, a great location.

Ransom was fun! It's a very dark room. There's math involved. Lol
I just took my employees to it last weekend, they take up to 8. It is a lot of fun. Tickets run about 25$
30 plus an hour of your time
That ruins the fun! I finished with five other people in less than 30 minutes. Brush up on some nautical lingo and you'll make it!
Agree with Ben an appointment is not necessary but to guarantee a spot one is recommended.
I think they said Davy Jone's Locker and Prison Escape both had escape rates of 33%, but Ransom only had 11% of attempts succeed
