Horrible experience at this NAPA location. 5/26/22. Tony doesn't care about the customers period and should be fired. If you order online let's say something for 10.00 (example). Once you arrive at the store location you'll be told to pay again. The same 10.00 that was already taken out of your account. So your basically out 20.00 until they return the amount from the online transaction. They state that in reality you did not pay but the funds in your account are gone. Advance Auto Parts is the best store!. You order online go to store location sign your receipt your done. You don't have to pay again after paying online. Scam!. I'll never shop at NAPA Auto Parts ever. Steer clear
