I got my rear breaks and rotors done. Great work! Great price! They actually checked and confirmed that my car needed them done before they did it. They provided a ride home, so I don't have to wait. One hiccup was right after the job was done, I drove away for 2 minutes and the engine light on the dashboard came on. I brought it back right away. They checked everything and reset the light. It's been over a month, the breaks feels great.

Occasionally things happen. My experiences have always been positive. United Auto is very customer oriented. This time I had an issue with the service. It cost me 1/2 a day back at the shop and lost time on the job. United Auto did immediately correct the problem. It was still a great inconvenience for me.
