Derrick, the technician that serviced our house was great. As first time homeowners Derrick made sure we knew how to safely use our gas appliances and took the time to teach us how to shut off gas and what signs to look for in case of a leak. He was a great teacher without making us feel stupid. He went above and beyond and was so easy to talk to. PNG is lucky to have a man like him on their team!

On the phone for one hour today trying to get service turned on in my rental property (an existing account). Was told that service would be turned on tomorrow but, after an hour trying to go through the verification process, was transferred to Teraiza who told me service couldn't be turned on until four days from now. Terrible customer service. Staff need much better training on setting up service AND basic customer service skills! Very bad experience. Electric is the way to go!
